Upon completion of this session:
  1. Learners will be able to demonstrate the process for setting up the first item in their survey as an IRB-approved informed consent process (declarative and procedural learning focus).
  2. Learners will be able to demonstrate the process for how to set up a secondary survey that collects contact information for participation in drawings or awarding research points (declarative, conceptual, and procedural learning focus).
  3. Learners will be shown an example of and be able to describe the process for setting up automatic reminders using the Panels feature in Qualtrics (declarative, conceptual, and procedural learning focus). 
  4. Learners will be able to complete a process (following Lean Six Sigma) for how to set up Qualtrics for collecting research, travel and scholarship applications (conceptual and procedural learning focus).

Participant Requirements:

  1. Must bring their own internet capable device (preferably laptop, or tablet with a keyboard)
  2. Device brought to the workshop must already have been registered on OU Network/NetReg
  3. Must have logged into Qualtrics at least once using their OU 4x4 & password
  4. Must have clicked on Create New Survey and attempted a new survey within Qualtrics
